Delivery

We deliver locally in person and offer a flexible service 7 days per week - out of normal business hours where required. For National deliveries we use 

Home Delivery Group - Platinum service

• We offer delivery within 7 working days of confirming that your order is available.
• You will be called and offered an appointment giving the day and a 2 hour window. The delivery driver will call on the day of the delivery and give a 1 hour notice.
• Our delivery will be taken to the room of your choice.
• Delivery staff will unwrap and position your furniture and remove all the packaging.

They own vehicles that are 100% equipped with latest, state-of- the-art protective equipment such as padded interiors and vibration reducing vehicle suspension.

Their staff are professionally trained to safely handle items that require two-people to deliver and will deliver to a room of our customer’s choice. They recognise that their staff are the first point of contact with our more distant customers and their delivery team is committed to being courteous and polite and we are confident that they will represent us in a professional manner.
